You agree to use the service solely for its intended educational and administrative purposes. This includes submitting accurate information, completing assigned tasks, accessing shared documents and videos, and collaborating with authorized users. Elevate Software Solutions does not claim ownership over your submitted content. We store and process this data in a secure cloud environment to ensure proper functionality and maintain compliance with relevant data protection standards. Your organization controls how your data is accessed, retained, and managed within the platform.
To support specific functionalities, the platform integrates with trusted third-party services. We use SendGrid to deliver system-generated emails such as password reset links, notifications, and confirmations. We also use ipinfo.io to gather geolocation data from your IP address to enhance security and reduce repetitive multi-factor authentication prompts. These services only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their tasks and are bound by confidentiality and compliance obligations.
All content, design elements, source code, and platform technology are the property of Elevate Software Solutions or its licensors. This includes text, graphics, system workflows, video integration logic, and database structures. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any portion of the platform for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written permission.
